Message: Room was spacious with a great view. We only stayed two nights and there was no room service provided which wasn't a big deal because we were there for a short time but it would have been nice. By the time we realized that our room had been skipped at 5 pm, housekeeping was gone. Front desk did offer to provide us with new towels.. Breakfast at the restaurant was okay but the best part was chatting with Aida who works there. I really enjoyed chatting with her and she provided awesome service. It's people like her who make chain hotels feel more intimate and special. Thank you for the conversation, Aida.

This hotel is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it.. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Good location within walking distance to shops and many restaurants. It can be a little tricky for Uber drivers to find. Walking at night in a group was fine, not sure I would walk around alone - but I'm not from the area either.

Message: I really enjoyed my anniversary stay here. Travia was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, and her customer service skills were something many business have been missing “exceptional” and and the customer. I would also like to call out Kaprice, she was super helpful in finding great dinner and brunch spots. She too displayed that old school real customer service.

Message: Was very disappointed in my 5 days spent at this JW. The meeting space for my company meeting was nice but the food was subpar and the hotel room was less than a courtyard and just not up to my standards for clean. The very small shower and the tub were moldy and dirty. The room had a weird motion detecting night light in the King Deluxe room I was in and it was face level across from my bed. This light would turn on every time I moved and lit up the entire room and woke me up. I also could not get any form of service from the staff. I asked for non feather pillows never received them and was all around dissatisfied with my room.

Message: Overall it's pretty nice. A little expensive for just being a place to sleep but it gets the job done. Our room was spotless upon arrival. ( didn't get many good pics of the room, just the one. ) The hotel as a whole is really clean. Everyone who works there seemed to be friendly to atleast fairly friendly. The gym is a pretty good size and has a good variety of equipment. The pool is also as big is it looks in pictures. The locker rooms are also kept clean. Used the sauna and it worked great. Saw where some people had issues with the noise from the weightroom downstairs in the past with the room I stayed in ( room 420 ), but honestly, it was silent. 0 road noise. And I didn't hear anything from down stairs like some people had mentioned. The mall really is as close as it advertises. You don't have to go outside at all. Beds were also comfortable but the pillows weren't my type. In all, I would consider staying here again for location, convenience, and cleanliness of the JW Marriott Buckhead.. -Chris C.

Message: JW does not disappoint. It was a great stay. Excellent location. The service was awesome, and the room was very good. The hotel is connected to the mall. This made quick eating options convenient.
