Message: Everything has been great. One of the better places I've stayed lately. My only gripe is with the housekeeping staff changing the thermostat when they come in to do their thing. It takes the system hours and I mean hours for the ac to cool down to the set temp after it's been raised. Please inform staff not to mess with guests thermostat settings. I waited for 5 hrs for the thermostat to go down to the selected temperature as they had raised it over 8 degrees This is unacceptable. I was sweating immensely when I returned from work and had a hard time sleeping due to the heat.

Message: I have been staying here for a few weeks now for a work trip and I’ve been surprised at how good this hotel turned out to be for a 3 star hotel. Big thank you and acknowledgements to all of the staff in this hotel. Everyone is always super friendly, welcoming and willing to help. The lady serving the breakfast in the morning always does it with love and care. They even updated their breakfast options recently. The rooms are also very spacious and have everything you need. The fitness room is also kept well. Definitely worth a stay when you are in Kennesaw.
