Message: Not a bad place to stay. Rooms are very small. Beds are Queen sized. The T. v. in my room is like from the 90's. The volume won't go past 32 or below 32. The air conditioning unit is also something very nostalgic and doesn't keep the room very cool at all. I do like that the room is lock and key though. Deadbolt lock with a real key not a scan key. No bathtub just stand up shower. Bathroom is very very small. Takes about 10 minutes just for the water to get hot. And everyone is in your business being nosey as hell. Overall not a bad place to live at all. It's a bit pricey. $262 just to get in. But after that it drops in rates to about $200 a week. It's good for you, yourself, and you!

Message: Not a bad option for those looking for a place to stay. Pretty quite, the property is relatively clean. Pest control is kinda nonexistent and unfortunately the WiFi is about as useful as a football bat. The property managers are sweet but prickly, in that order, but are use to dealing with all sorts of people so they deserve a little grace.

Message: Well it has a good price not deposit front desk manager is nice but kind of comes off as a grump. As for the rooms all the entry doors need to be painted I know of at least 4 of the window units not working and the microwave in the room I was is didn't work. The water pressure is low and the number one thing that i can't stand are bugs and they had them. Now they are swarming the place and I only noticed them at night but they do have some. So if you want a cheat stay and don't care about any of the stuff I just named then Efficiency Lodge is for you but if you have a standards you should just keep it moving find another place.
