Message: Office Hours are typically from 9 am to 5 pm during the week and on Saturday from 9 am to 12: Noon. Rooms: Studio 350sqft. Room: Amenities: Queen size metal bed frame /without a headboard. 1 Nightstand. 1 Six drawer dresser. 1 Refrigerator. Bar sink with 2 electric burners. 1 24 inch TV- on dresser. Wall Mounted heating and air. Cons: BATHROOM NOT STANDARD SIZE- A large woman or man will be seriously challenged in their attempts to shower and access the shower. Space not sufficient for more than one person. No room to create a work desk for work from home. Not recommended for family or children. Weekly Rental only. Additional fee for weekly cleaning. Cumberland Lodge in Marietta is perfect for the long haul traveler, or a Single Individual only. Property Amenities: None. What you'll need if your stay is longer than a week. Broom/Swifer/Swift wet jet/Raid/Ammonia/Comet/Floor rugs/Lysol. Best recommended use to clean daily. Management has recently hired a new Residence Manager, Lakesia, we wish her all the best of luck, she comes from a long historical background in Property Management and have worked for some of the most challenged properties during the transitional and property renovations phases. This professional will bring with her maintenance and construction technicians who will assist in the turn over process.

Message: Good place to stay in the mean time in between time, some bugs but just keep it clean and buy a bottle of bug spray. Its quiet and people keep to themselves there are a few children but for the most part they are not bad. Management lives onsite professional and keeps the property clean so far I haven't had any problems. The room rates are reasonable and a lot cheaper than 900 to 1200 for a 1bdrm apartment.

Message: Some rooms have been renovated. Looks nice clean and cozy inside. Most rooms still has old furniture and hasn't been upgraded at all. There is a waiting list. Because they don't always have rooms available. Also it is quiet most of the time. Crime isn't high here. But you still need to watch your surroundings and play it safe.

Message: I have rented room here about three weeks and I love it. the rooms are clean and small but cant complain for under the $200 a week. this morning i ran out of printer paper for my printer and the ladies. at front desk were nice and helped me with that. this place has changed. a lot and I plan on staying here until I find apartment.
