Message: The location was nice, close proximity to basically everything you need. The bed is comfortable. Room is small but clean. Decent amenities(gym, pool, etc), the breakfast is just okay, nothing special, basically exist to tick a box. This particular location doesn't have a business center, which I needed for my trip. Overall I got a good night sleep, the staffs are nice and helpful, rooms are clean and I went somewhere else to do my business.

Message: Marcia, and Maurice were nice, calm, and patient. They were helpful, and they went the extra mile. Craig was okay. He left a bad taste in my mouth, knowing that I have been in a room since June, I am without a home. currently, he gave my room away so he could rent it out at a higher price.
