Message: If no pets are allowed. Then why do they allow the older guy in room 165 to have cats in his room? Cats seen in his window all the time especially a white cat. And there's a lady who rides a tricycle type bike and they allow her to have a dog( black). But then when I ask how much for a pet they say' no pets allowed!)these owners need to be fair with other to tenants. If no pets are allowed then tell the people who have pets currently residing in other rooms too! It ain't fair

Message: Place is old. Low budget (cheap $60. 00 for a night) place. Clientele includes people struggling and on the edge of homelessness. People with moderate wealth or have high expectations of comfort should not plan to stay here. Rudimentary basics offered here (room, bed, tv with cable and locking door). Parking space in front of most rooms.
