Hyatt Place Atlanta/Cobb Galleria

Message: This hotel is great. The location is good, close to the battery and stadium. Ashley was very friendly and helpful, her customer service is outstanding. Not to mention the rooms are nice and spacious. I would recommend this hotel.

Message: This has been an amazing experience. Ashley checked me in when I got here, and provided all the details I could possibly need, which was so helpful. Kelsey was working with her, and he was incredibly friendly. After I dropped my luggage off, I came back down for a drink, and both Ashley and Kelsey remained helpful and accommodating. After I worked in the corner for an hour, I asked Ashley for a napkin to clean off my table, and she refused to let me do it myself. It’s amazing how much pride she takes in her job. I left for dinner, came back to the hotel with my sister, and was lucky enough to be greeted by Ashley again. She helped us at the bar (looking for the Braves channel! ), and chatted with us in between greeting new guests.. You all have a real gem with Ashley! And I will definitely be looking at Hyatt Place first for all my future Atlanta stays. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Message: The customer service here was amazing and everyone went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Everyone was so kind, attentive, sweet, professional and extremely helpful for every single need or inquiry I had. This is definitely one of the best hotel staffs I’ve experienced yet. This team is truly amazing!

Message: Staff is wonderful. It's pet friendly but you have to pay a fee which I never did find posted on their website. *Edit: I did find the pet fee, I didn't scroll down far enough on their website. Although the room was spotless, the bed is harder than sleeping on the floor. Right now, I'm so stiff and sore I can barely move. The whole idea of a getaway is to relax, not to have sleepless nights due to being uncomfortable. The toilet/shower area wasn't very well thought out. You have to either scoot between the toilet and shower to open/close the door or step into the shower. The door should open OUT rather than in. My biggest concern is if there is a medical emergency EMS won't be able to get in without destroying the door as the hinge pins are also on the inside.

Message: Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Convenient check in/out on the app. Pet friendly. Courtesy apples in the lobby. Everything else costs $$$. Small coffee at reception even costs $5! Not luxury, more like a Holiday Inn. Coffee only available during breakfast, which was tasty. Missing amenities include: drinking water, microwave in room, and a safe.

Message: As a frequent traveler and holder of Titanium Elite status with Marriott, I have recently embarked on my journey towards earning status with Hyatt. My first stay was at the Hyatt Place Atlanta/Cobb Galleria and I was not disappointed.. A major advantage of this hotel is its location – it’s a mere 15-minute walk from the Braves ballpark. Furthermore, the convenience continues with easy access to I-285 for a smooth and hassle-free commute to the airport the next morning.. Another aspect we greatly appreciated was the hotel's flexibility with parking – we were permitted to park two cars, which was an added convenience for us during our stay.. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by a generous amount of space. Although the decor of the hotel shows signs of age, the cleanliness and maintenance levels are top-notch, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.. While the Hyatt Place Atlanta/Cobb Galleria might not be the most modern hotel, it shines through with its comfort, cleanliness, prime location, and flexibility. This rewarding first experience has fueled my interest in building my status with Hyatt. We look forward to our next game-day stay!

Message: Had a wonderful experience last night. Easy check-in and the staff was very pleasant. Our room was very clean and only had minor issues. The a/c wasn't the greatest. It would turn off and the room would get stuffy until we kicked the fan on again. The double beds are a little small for full grown adults and kids. The room was quiet at night. Breakfast in the morning was good for a continental breakfast. Waffles, fruit, biscuits and gravy, and more. Very clean and well laid out. No issues at check out.
