Message: The hotel staff was amazing from the moment we checked in Lorna was cheerful & friendly, Tameka & Lorna ensured our request were met throughout the stay. The housekeeping staff was so polite & helpful they made sure we had fresh towels & met our needs. As well as the maintenance staff who had to come program our tv after the storm. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Truist Park. My husband forgot his glasses in the room and Lorna made sure they were shipped to us. The 2bd room Suite was a nice size and unit was very clean. Would have liked the toilets to be a little higher.

Message: The staff was great especially Lorna and the girl who worked 3rd shift (did not get her name). You can tell it’s an older property but the room was good for a weekend stay. Bathroom was a bit small and wish the TV was a larger size but still enjoyed my stay.

Message: Loved the suite and the price! Rooms are spacious and equipped with a full kitchen, plates, silverware. Battery is within walking distance, a 24/hr pharmacy within walking distance too. It's gated, has a gym and a pool, free WiFi and last but not least free breakfast. My new favorite hotel in the area.

Message: We had a great experience here. The hotel had a lot of renovations going on so it made for an interesting view. But the staff was kind. The room was clean.

Message: My dad is staying here because he is away for work right now. Today is his birthday and he doesn't get to spend it at home with his family so my mom called the hotel and explained the situation and asked if she could send a bottle of wine to his room. Tameka went above and beyond to make sure he knew my mom was thinking about him on his special day. We appreciate the great customer service so much!

Message: Staff was fantastic. The lady running the breakfast area was very attentive. Rooms and facility need a lot of updating and attention to detail. Couch in room was ripped and stained would be an example. My room had the musty smell also. Don't think I would stay here again until it got updated/refreshed.
