Sea and Breeze Hotel and Condo

Message: Best thing I can say about this hotel is to understand what your paying for. These are simple rooms meant to be slept in not occupied. The rooms will have floors with sand on them, you are that close to the beach. These are not 5 star rooms. We picked up a small pedistal fan and a swiffer wet jet to get us through but I understand not everyone will want to do that.. Pro's: Very close to the beach and several good shopping/food options. Reasonably priced per night, at least during the week. Excellent staff, everyone was helpful and polite.. Cons: Parking is awful. Very narrow spaces that anyone off even a little can prevent another vehicle from getting into an open space. Top that off with "reserved" parking that allowed vehicles to park parallel completely preventing entry/exit from several spots. If you leave/return after 9pm you could literally not have a place to park. Happened twice to us in our week stay. The staff is literally helpless to address this, one person cannot be expected to chase down multiple rooms/people to move their vehicles. This is a location issue that simply shouldn't be as difficult as it seems to be. There appears to be more rooms than parking spots so if they are sold out expect this challenge. The 2nd floor north side rooms should be avoided, they are way too close to the pool entry/exit along with the only elevator. It was nearly impossible to not bring water/debris into our room. Not sure how they could fix this, but its the reason we picked up our own floor cleaning items for the room.. Overall if you are a couple looking to enjoy the island and surrounding areas it's a decent option. The prices for their rooms jump around a lot based on what we've seen but week day rates are good.

Message: Rooms are good for the price and location. We were not expecting the Hilton, but the beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, everything works as it should, AC is ice cold, decent water pressure in the shower. Location is unbeatable. Right in the middle of everything but easy to avoid the crowds. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Message: We loved this place. Loved the location. Loved the staff. They have a pool which was wonderful. Only thing was the beds are extremely uncomfortable. We both had back problems throughout our whole trip because they were so bad. More stuff on the walls and some rugs would be nice to help with sand.

Message: The staff were pleasant and accommodating for the most part. Great location to the beach. My kids want to come back to the same hotel this year for one of the kids' birthday. We shall see.. What the hotel should work on is the Reception Desk phone lines which were down on our 2nd day stay there. We had to walk from our room to the Front Desk to talk face to face to Receptionist for requests. Hotel needs to get stronger shower curtain rods. Ours kept falling down. The shower curtain rods are used in hotels for wet clothes to dry from the pool/beach. There's not much of a closet space.. We will be back regardless. We enjoyed our stay. It was a great vacation experience for the family overall. Thank you Sea & Breeze Hotel & Condo staff..

Message: We stayed in this hotel, though through a privately owned Airbnb. We did have to touch base with the hotel staff for parking though and they were always wonderful. The parking situation is tight, but to have a guaranteed spot on the island is a huge plus! It does get loud on weekends (in the evenings), though if you have a good pair of earplugs you'll be fine. We did not get a chance to check out the pool, but it looked wonderful. Great location, right next to the shops/restaurants, beach and pier.

Message: Great hotel. The rooms were great. For the exception of the AC unit not being able to adjust the temperature. The other thing is. Parking when it is packed is very narrow. Not much room to maneuver. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Walking distance to everything.
